Our no fix no fee policy offers you peace of mind when using our repair services. Simply put if we’re unable to resolve your computer problem, then we won’t charge you!

Our policy does not cover the following:

1. 1. If we are able to resolve or offer a solution to your problem and you opt not to proceed with the repair or solution (i.e due to cost or time restraints) then you will be charged as per our fee schedule.
   
2. 2. If we are prevented from completing your repair due to you the customer not possessing the required software or product licence key, then you will be charged as per our fee schedule.
   
3. 3. If we provide you with a clear and precise diagnosis of a failed component or software and the customer decides not to proceed with the replacement of the component or software, then you will be charged as per our fee schedule.
   
4. 4. The policy does not apply to work related to after hours on-site support, after hours support calls, data recovery, computer virus, spyware problems or where the affected equipment has been struck by lightning or physically damaged by you or a third party.
   
5. 5. The policy does not apply when we are prevented from repairing your issue because of external sources outside of our control.
   I.e you have no internet access and after fault diagnosing and testing it is determined that the Internet Service Provider has current outages affecting your internet service.
